Should I get a building inspection? Short answer YES. We have found some big things doing building inspections from termite damage to concrete cancer don't get caught out. While getting a building inspection can be an additional cost at a time it is much better to have the piece of mind going in with your eyes open to the issues in the home rather than finding after you have already bought the home.
