We are big believers in waste not want not, while if it is fast when you see an excavator come in and drive through the front door of a building rip it down and bin the lot of it there is a huge amount that goes to waste doing that. When we do demolition of anything from a old deck to replacement to a remove a full home for a new build we dismantle everything and anything that can find a new home that isn't the tip does. While it takes a bit longer it still ends up cheeper when you cut down the dumping fees from several truck loads to a couple of bins.
